Akkodis is seeking a Power BI Developer job with a client in Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid) . The ideal candidate has strong skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling, with a focus on data visualization and problem-solving.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $80/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Power BI Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Performing data modeling, transformation, and optimization.
• Collaborating with business users to gather reporting requirements.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power BI performance and functionality.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing performance.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
