Lead UX design projects for large-scale digital experiences, interfaces, and applications.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, translate business goals into user-centric designs, and present concepts effectively.

Conduct user research and apply insights using methodologies like Customer Journey Mapping and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD).

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Design across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, native applications, and emerging mediums (voice interfaces, physical interfaces, etc.).

Mentor and guide interdisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Develop and maintain scalable design systems in an agile environment.

Experiment with innovative solutions that balance business goals and user delight.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years designing large-scale digital experiences or applications, working within an agency setting.
• Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven ability to design across web, mobile, and native applications; experience with voice or physical interfaces is a plus.
• Client Collaboration: Strong client-facing skills, with experience building relationships, presenting concepts, and translating client needs into actionable strategies.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes for concept communication and user testing.
• Research-Driven Approach: Strong understanding of user research methodologies and their application to design strategy and business needs.
• Leadership: Experience leading interdisciplinary teams, mentoring designers, and providing strategic design guidance.
• Design Methodologies: Knowledge of Service Design, design systems, and agile methodologies.
• Creative Vision: Passion for pushing design boundaries, exploring new ideas, and delivering work that inspires and delights.
