Job Description / Requirements:

1. Proficient troubleshooting skills in Active Directory Infrastructure, Azure AD, Group Policies, DNS, PKI, Microsoft PowerShell, and Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012, and 2016) as well as Windows 10.
2. Ability to quickly understand complex topologies and interdependencies across various technologies, particularly in 2012 or later forests/domains and intricate group policy architecture and administration.
3. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills for the development, testing, and maintenance of software systems.
4. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in high-stress and high-visibility environments where time-sensitive requirements exist.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while also taking direction and retaining information.
6. Responsible for planning, conducting, and overseeing the technical aspects of projects, as well as coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in executing assigned projects.
7. Applies methods, theories, and research techniques to investigate and solve complex system requirements and problems.
8. Updates and maintains training tools and documentation, and oversees implementation.
9. Provides technical consultation on current and proposed systems to other organizations and clients.
10. Assists in planning and performing analytical research, design development, and other assignments in alignment with design, engineering, and customer specifications.
11. Due to the operational tempo, after-hours support may be required; candidates should be prepared to participate in on-call support and be available for short-notice call-ins.
12. Additional knowledge in Quest ARS, GPO Admin, Password Manager, and Microsoft FIM/MIM is a plus.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science and 14 years of related experience or
2. High School or Equivalent 19 years of related experience
3. Experience with architecting and engineering enterprise-level solutions

Certifications:

1. IAT Level 2

Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
