The System Administrator is responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts and permissions, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security measures, performing backups and restores, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure the seamless operation of the organization’s computer systems.
This position requires the candidate to work onsite at our office located at 101 N Wacker Dr., Chicago, Illinois.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in IT environment required.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure is required.
- Comprehensive technical expertise in Cisco network, Meraki, Microsoft technologies including Windows OS, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365; as well as proficiency in collaboration and monitoring tools.
- Experience configuring and supporting storage and virtual server environments utilizing VMware or Hyper-V is required.
- Experience configuring and managing telephone call center manager, VoIP environments and related telecommunications services is required.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and processes is required; ITIL certification preferred; CISSP preferred.
- Expertise in information security including vulnerability and patch management, risk management, network security, firewalls, monitoring, SIEM and audit management is required.
- Expertise in Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, APM or equivalent technologies is required.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues, analyze root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to meticulously manage system configurations and maintain data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users to explain complex issues and provide support.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills required.
- Experience with HIPAA privacy and security rules preferred.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and adapting to changing IT environments.
