About the Role - Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist will provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the cloud application implementation & support lifecycle. Develop and manage APIs to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud - Time & Labor, Oracle Field Service Cloud with other enterprise systems. Utilize .NET framework to create custom solutions and enhance integration capabilities. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud. Conduct Technical Design Workshops for Oracle Cloud projects. Document all the custom processes, integration, and reports in each module. Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems. Support clients with the preparation and execution of test scripts. Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise and lead clients through the cloud application implementation & support lifecycle.

  • Utilize .NET framework to create custom solutions and enhance integration capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a technical role for HCM applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, ERP, OFS Cloud API configuration.
  • Worked on integration of Time and Labor with other enterprise applications, leveraging both API and .NET technologies.
  • Experience in at least three or more Oracle Cloud Projects.
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.
