Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, productivity, retention, and engagement rates.
- Conduct data-driven workforce planning to forecast talent needs and address skills gaps.
- Manage compensation benchmarking, salary structures and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee budget allocation for human capital programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
Qualitative Areas:
- Lead the execution of leadership development and succession planning strategies.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement employee engagement programs that enhance morale and align with company values.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Facilitate leadership coaching, mentoring and professional development programs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives, managers and employees.
- Proven expertise in organizational development, change management and strategic workforce planning.
- Deep understanding of employment law, HR technology systems and industry best practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record at the Human Capital Director level required .
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- Confidence through experience in supporting executive leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them as appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with large enterprise-supporting Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) software.
- Experience within the Government Contracting industry preferred.
