We are building an Agentic AI-powered recruitment ecosystem and are looking for talented developers to join our mission.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer proficient in Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Redux to help build and enhance our AI-driven recruitment platform. You will work with a team of engineers, designers, and AI specialists to create a seamless and interactive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend) .
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for scalable applications.
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB , ensuring high performance and security.
• Implement state management using Redux to improve application efficiency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and visually appealing platform.
• Integrate AI-driven chatbots and automation into the recruiting workflow.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment to production.
• Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Mongoose ORM , and database design principles.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with authentication & authorization frameworks like OAuth, JWT, Okta, or Auth0 .
• Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation (LangChain, OpenAI APIs) is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
