We are seeking a qualified consultant to address bugs and operational issues and implement enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combinations of education, training and experience.
• 5 years custom web application development expertise utilizing .NET, C# .NET, Transact – SQL, Scripting languages, and Extensible Markup Language (XML).
• 5 years of database development experience using Microsoft Sequel Server.
• 5 years’ experience in configuring systems for accessibility and security compliance relevant in government sector.
• 2 years’ experience working with the underlying systems on which web applications are developed.
• At least three (3) years of experience designing, developing and deploying Web sites and/or Web applications, including product selection, configuration, installation, maintenance, and site-specific Web development languages and relational databases.
