Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The client has interviewed few candidates and is looking for strong OpenShift development experience. Strong Java Developer with backend expertise and some exposure to frontend.
• This requisition is for a Feature Lead to work as the Application Manager for a highly visible and mission-critical healthcare application.
• The Feature Lead will assist a Release Train Engineer to manage assignments, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate risk remediation across multiple applications and environments while applying strong leadership and direction to ensure all initiative and BAU commitments are met on time.
• As Application Manager, the individual will take ownership of all AIT, RISE, ADSM, etc. compliance and risk deliverables associated with this application.
• The selected candidate will work closely with the Line of Business (LOB), vendors, and other technology teams to ensure that the deliverables are assigned and committed to for delivery.
• The Feature Lead will also serve as an environment coordinator, working with Senior Technology Managers, a Release Train Engineer, other Feature Leads across several Agile teams, CTO partners, and Level 2 production support groups to ensure consistency in the use of the environments during patching, upgrade activities, application changes, and releases.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Java, Application Management, Technical Manager.
• Core Java.
• Knowledge of core banking, processes, and operations.
• Ability to communicate crisply and candidly, orally and in writing at the Executive level.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, fast learner.
