LHH Technology is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Business Systems team on a contract basis . The BSA will ensure the effective use of existing systems by maintaining configuration and master data while aligning with global guidelines. This role requires strong collaboration with business users, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing complex business problems, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business area leaders to maintain, support, and document local business processes and future needs.
- Collaborate with business owners to recommend cross-functional process improvements.
- Document approved business process changes, including process flows and training materials.
- Perform master data creation and maintenance following change control processes and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to the Change Management Team as needed.
- Train end-users and oversee system utilization in compliance with global guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between business and site process owners.
- Participate in global system Change Management teams.
- Assist in system testing and validation of defined functionality.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Adhere to ISO, GMP, GDP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of experience in a regulated, medical device, or manufacturing environment.
- Associate’s Degree in related field with 5+ years of experience in a regulated, medical device, or manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience in a regulated, medical device, or manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP solutions is required.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) .
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to process changes.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex inventories with non-traditional units of measure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
General Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism in interactions.
