Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining strategic roadmap for our Spam, Cloud and Security products by incorporating technology evolution, feedback from customers and the field, produce and maintain a roadmap that leads to a world-class product line-up for the Value Portfolio.
Owning the end to end product ideation, implementation and lifecycle management.
Acting as the key partner with our Postpaid and TPD organizations to craft the appropriate Spam, Cloud and Security products with our Value customers in mind.
Partner with Finance and Brand leads on future planning and roadmap.
Balancing high priority initiatives with business needs, capacity and prioritization.
Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively, and escalate as needed for timely resolution.
Providing actionable recommendations to management to continue to drive core program KPIs, such as active product users, revenue and reduced churn.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Strategy, Product or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
6 or more years’ experience in product management or a strategy role, implementing launches and enhancements.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A proven track record of utilizing insights from data to drive change.
Broad business knowledge in telecom and technology space.
Experience creating and presenting presentations to all levels of an organization.
Significant experience developing, implementing and tracking metrics, data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with PowerPoint/Word/Excel (Slides/Docs/Sheets).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
