Korn Ferry has partnered with a top international law firm for a mid-level Intellectual Property/Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join their team in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco.

This is an outstanding opportunity for greater responsibility earlier than peer firms and with smaller groups and more hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 3-6 years’ significant experience advising on the IP and data privacy aspects of financing, merger and acquisition, joint venture, and other strategic transactions
2. Proven experience in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and negotiating license and technology agreements and other commercial contracts
3. Solid understanding in the primary areas of IP rights
4. Elevated level of executive presence and ability to communicate the complex simply to a wide audience
5. Outgoing personality with drive and ambition
6. Admitted to the state bar of their office location

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $260,000-$390,000. On day one, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, parental leave, paid time off, annual bonus eligibility, 401K, and on the job training with advancement opportunities.
