Overview

Responsibilities

• Independently performs security and administrative management of assigned SCI and SAP.
• Considers all aspects of security, to include personnel security, physical security, operations security, communications security, and associated oversight.
• Supports quality reviews of security work products, tracking project progress, and may assist in planning of project, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate with external teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and security, to ensure compliance with TEMPEST requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant DoD/IC program security management experience.
• Must have active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP/SCI standards, policy processes, and U.S. Government practices and other security laws and regulations.
• Experience implementing ICD 705 standards for SAP/SCI facilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of theories and practices within risk mitigation and the continually changing security environment.
• Ability to implement strong security strategy with practices designed to successfully address evolving SAP/SCI security requirements.
• Demonstrate the ability for advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $78,400.00/Yr. - USD $131,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
