We are currently seeking a Sr ReactJS Developer to join our team in San Leandro , California (US-CA) , United States (US) .

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 8+ years of Software Engineering experience
2. May require to works on multiple applications.
3. Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues.
4. Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis.
5. Participates and may lead critical projects, customer engagements or business processes.
6. Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level.
7. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
8. Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the customer's IT organization.
9. Advises on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability, and multiple platforms.
10. Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
11. Contribute to large scale planning of strategies.
12. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
13. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
14. Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new client needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
15. Works with Product, Interaction and Visual Designers to implement the next generation User Interface platform & Applications.
16. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
17. Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
18. Strong verbal and written communication skills Good analytical skills
19. Experience with creating near pixel perfect, robust and developer friendly code for user interfaces / Web Applications.
20. Experience with ReactJS, JestJS, React Testing Library (RTL), Webpack, StorybookJS, StencilJS
21. Experience build RESTFul API and web services.
22. Experience with creating large scale Web Applications, specifically with ReactJS.
23. Familiarity with complex state management, specifically with other state management tools like Redux, RxJS or other similar.
24. Experience writing and UI unit tests (Jest, Jasmine, etc.)
25. Experience or strong knowledge in BDD/Automated testing and Accessibility / ADA
26. Experience with guidance and mentoring of other developers while working on projects and initiatives.
27. Experience with creating high-performance applications.
28. Experience with code hosting platform for version control and collaboration tools like GitHub.
29. Experience with Project Tracking software like Jira.
30. Experience in using developer tools for troubleshooting the issues.
31. Experience or having knowledge in monitoring applications like Splunk, etc.
32. Experience or having strong knowledge working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
33. Experience or having knowledge in using the Interface Design tool like Figma, Invision, etc.

Basic Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in ReactJS
2. 4+ years of experience with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript and writing clean, high-quality and developer friendly code.
3. 6+ years of Web Development with any modern JavaScript Web frameworks such as React JS or similar.
