What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Define and execute the product roadmap for the Exascaler platform in alignment with customer needs and company goals
  2. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive product development, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
  3. Gather and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and risks
  5. Manage beta programs, customer feedback loops, and product launch activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 10+ years of Product Management, Systems Engineering, or Solutions Architect experience in enterprise software, storage solutions, or cloud infrastructure
  2. Significant practical experience with parallel file systems (preferably Lustre) and high-performance networking architectures
  3. Proven experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment
  4. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with open-source software communities and contribution processes
  2. Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in storage systems
  3. Operational experience with infrastructure observability platforms such as Prometheus
  4. Knowledge of AI/ML workloads and their impact on storage performance
  5. Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
