In order to support this increased growth and development work, Twyla is looking for a self-starting engineer to join the team. The immediate goals include expanding online product merchandising, implementing the interior designer program, building brand reputation campaigns, and maintaining the admin tool.

30-60-90 Day Success Criteria: Within the first 2 days, get environment set up and running. Environment setup is easy and most developers are able to do it in an hour. Commit something simple, like adding new fields to an existing page. Early work might seem easy, but it's an opportunity to help with other team members' workload. Douglas will evaluate their strengths and weaknesses against what's in the backlog. Twyla takes a 'throw them in the fire' mentality, but also provides support and coaching.

Technical Team Structure: Douglas, VP of Engineering; Dustin acting as team lead; Will have mentor relationship with Andela developer; Can help out with architectural, infrastructure, and implementation details; 5 fullstack developers, but one will be leaving the team.
