Understands prospecting and strategies on how to get into net new accounts or expand across the portfolio in existing accounts.
Strong desire to coach and mentor the next generation of sales professionals at WWT.
Ability to lead a team consistently and effectively.
Willing to provide 360-degree coaching and have difficult conversations.
Ability to lead both early in career sales professionals and peers within the sales organization.
Leadership:
Responsible for the coaching and development/training of Client Development Associates to create a high-performance team.
Effectively communicate with management and other internal staff.
Enforces and represents WWT's Integrated Management & Leadership Initiatives.
Experience:
2-3 years of sales or sales development experience.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of base salary range. Total compensation for this role includes a base plus commission. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
