As the HRBP, you’ll partner closely with the Go To Market business leaders at all levels and support employees throughout their organization to drive and support our business growth. The HRBP role will continue to evolve and change as the company grows and as the HR organization changes along with it to meet the business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor and collaborate with sales leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Provide front-line support for employee relations issues, including responding to employee inquiries, supporting internal mobility, and guiding managers through employees related issues
  • Recommend strategies to promote culture and motivate employees
  • Advise leaders on performance management, employee development and team building
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a top-notch new hire experience, participate in the interview process
  • Provide support during employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, best practices
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal employment laws/regulations.
  • Provide support to HR projects
  • Operate with autonomy and discretion


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years' experience in a fully functional HR Business Partner, with at least 5 years supporting North America Go To Market Teams in a rapidly growing, high-demand, rolesupporting multiple departments
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of organization.
  • Strong knowledge employment laws and regulations
  • Previous experience in a dynamic agile environment, ideally in the Cybersecurity or SaaS spaceis required
  • Proven success in driving projects forward successfully to completion
  • Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organization issues
  • Proven ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
