Our Client is looking for an A/V support specialist to add to the desktop Support team. The consultant will be responsible for setting up conference rooms, meetings, and supporting the higher level executives directly. The products that they are using are Crestron, Polycom and Tandberg.

The consultant must be comfortable supporting senior staff. In between conference support the consultant will be asked to assist with other support initiatives including first level desktop support. This person will support Board member, senior management, Portfolio Managers, Traders and Analyst that generate millions of dollars of revenue for the organization. The position require someone who optimizes platinum level customer services.
