Project:
Our Client has successfully converted 4.8 million access lines that were running on former RBOC systems. They are in need of two (2) Everett WA-based Analyst/Developers - ASP. The role of this position is to develop, create and modify general computer applications software for specialized utility programs utilizing niche software packages like Oracle, C#.NET, and Lawson.

You'll be responsible for designing software or customizing software for Client use with the target being to optimize operational efficiency. Technical skills needed to perform this job are: knowledge of computer hardware and software; knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models. You’ll be expected to demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Review and approve modifications to existing software to correct errors, allow software to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
2. Review and approve the design and development of software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
3. Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
4. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
5. Supervise programmers, technologists, and technicians, as well as other engineering and scientific personnel.

3. Working knowledge, experience designing/implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
4. Web Service Mastery and Extensive Data Manipulation
5. Experience with the AS400 Platform is a Plus
6. Telerik Toolkit Experience is Desired
7. 10+ years of experience
8. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
