Job Description

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will support key financial systems by providing training, maintenance, testing upgrades, creating reports, and coordinating with the IT department.

This position is Hybrid , commuting 2-3 days in-office to our Newton, MA Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and support key financial systems.
  2. Create reports, maintain system functions, and ensure data integrity.
  3. Maintain and Support Financial Reporting needs and process.
  4. Develop new technological solutions within the department to improve the overall efficiency.
  5. Train and support finance staff on all system issues.
  6. Work with Director to perform system upgrades and work with the IT department on all financial system issues.
  7. Test data and systems during upgrades and migrations.
  8. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  2. 4+ years of accounting or finance experience is required.
  3. Proficient in Excel, access, and financial management systems.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  5. Detail oriented.

Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
