As the Head of Sales, you’ll be a key leader in driving PlatCore’s revenue growth and scaling our sales team. You’ll directly manage a sales quota and lead the strategy to expand PlatCore’s reach within the ServiceNow ecosystem. In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats—strategist, team leader, and occasional closer—while working closely with marketing, product, and customer support to ensure our sales process is as smooth as possible. We’re growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to help scale our sales engine, drive significant revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with our customers. What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive PlatCore’s sales strategy, targeting companies within the ServiceNow ecosystem who are looking for innovative learning management solutions.
  • Carry and hit departmental sales quota, personally driving revenue while leading your team to do the same. You’re a player-coach who sets the pace for your team and leads by example.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set ambitious goals, create action plans, and execute them with precision.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performance Team :
    • Recruit, mentor, and scale a best-in-class sales team that’s ready to close deals and drive growth. We’re looking for people who can execute and who are hungry to learn and grow.
    • Develop a high-energy, positive, and accountable sales culture where everyone knows their targets, their strengths, and the direct impact they’re making on the business.
    • Lead by example—be hands-on with the team, from coaching on deals to helping troubleshoot sales challenges. We’re a startup, so your role will evolve as the company grows!
  • Own the Sales Process :
    • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing, building deep relationships with prospects and existing customers. You’ll be directly involved in selling, but you’ll also be leading your team in best practices.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, using data to drive better decisions and staying laser-focused on hitting revenue goals.
    • Generate and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure we’re attracting the right leads and supporting the sales team with the right content and resources.
  • Be a Key Voice in Product and Strategy :
    • Partner closely with the product team to ensure PlatCore’s offering resonates with our customers and that we’re always aligned on customer needs.
    • Share feedback from the front lines to help shape future product features and sales strategies. Your voice will be instrumental in how we evolve the product and our approach to the market.
    • Help shape the company’s growth strategy and provide input on pricing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
  • EOS-Driven Focus :
    • Help the company stay focused, aligned, and accountable by adopting and implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) . Use EOS tools to ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals and driving toward quarterly and annual targets.
    • Lead and inspire with transparency and discipline, driving your team to meet rocks and KPIs while keeping things nimble and adaptable to a startup environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience :
    • 8+ years in SaaS sales with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas. You’ve been there, done that, and you know what it takes to scale a sales function.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar enterprise training solutions is expected. If you’re passionate about learning and technology, you’ll fit right in.
    • Experience selling into the ServiceNow ecosystem (or similar enterprise software environments) is a huge plus. You should be comfortable talking about the value of SaaS platforms and how they fit into the modern enterprise tech stack.
    • You’ve led sales teams and carried quotas, and you’re passionate about growing teams and driving revenue at a fast pace.

  • Other Requirements :
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications (HubSpot).
    • Ability to work remotely, with potential travel up to 25%.
    • Travel will include trade shows, customer sites, and company meetings as needed.
    • Must be U.S. citizen.
