Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

firstPRO is looking for a seasoned Senior IT BA/PM to join our team. This hybrid role is critical in assessing business requirements, overseeing projects, and ensuring that IT solutions align with the company's strategic objectives. The role demands both analytical acumen and project management skills to lead initiatives from ideation through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to collect business and project requirements for both new and existing systems, contributing to IT software solutions.
2. Documentation and Analysis : Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into precise software solutions, crafting detailed documentation, including workflow diagrams, functional specs, and technical requirements.
3. Feasibility and Cost Analysis : Conduct studies and analyses to support decision-making processes and optimize project approaches.
4. Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions to enhance business processes.
5. Project Leadership : Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, successful project delivery. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders, and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
6. Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain communication on project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams.
7. Facilitation and Training : Lead workshops, gather feedback, and provide end-user training when necessary, while mentoring junior team members.

Metrics:

1. Meet monthly deadlines and objectives as outlined in monthly reviews.
2. Handle ongoing project tasks and day-to-day requirements timely and accurately.
3. Maintain adherence to project budgets and realize expected benefits from cost-benefit analyses.

Qualifications:

1. Project Experience : Proven track record in managing complex IT projects from start to finish.
2. Methodologies : Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or other project management frameworks.
3. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello, and knowledge of Epicor is a plus.
4. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

1. Ability to meet commitments, solve complex problems, learn quickly, and work independently.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, goal-oriented project management approach, and sensitivity to user needs.

Education and Experience:

1. Degree : Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in IT business analysis and project management.
