During this period, the firm has played a pivotal role in sourcing and placing strategic, transformational, and M&A professionals within investment and operational teams, as well as on the management boards of portfolio companies.
This is a senior, high-impact position designed to drive business growth through dynamic client and candidate engagements. The Principal Consultant will either lead the complete 360° recruitment process or focus on business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovative Sourcing: Utilize creative strategies to identify, engage, and build lasting relationships within a growing client network.
- Client Development: Establish and maintain a robust client base across targeted sectors by leveraging market insight and deep expertise.
- Interview Leadership: Manage the interview process efficiently, providing strategic counsel to ensure candidate-client alignment.
- Offer Negotiation: Oversee the offer stage with a consultative approach that prioritizes an exceptional candidate experience.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive, strategic initiatives.
