Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for a Senior Deployment Manager to support us.

Core Responsibilities:
A Senior Deployment Manager must have experience of leading a team in the fielding of IT systems, networks, hardware and software of both a simple and complex nature. Must have extensive knowledge in the creation of deployment plans, the creation of costs, schedule and performance expectations based on input from all team members. Must be able to identify all activities required in the near-term, mid-term and long-term phases of a program. Must have experience in a wide variety of environments and equipment. Must have experience in planning in order to ensure that deployment can be performed on schedule and with the available resources.

Description

  • Lead and oversee the successful deployment of the Client’s HAM and SAM solution within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with Client’s strategic objectives and ITIL best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and direction to the project team, including analysts, developers, and administrators, throughout the entire deployment lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive deployment plan, including project scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Client’s stakeholders, including IT leadership, business units, and end-users, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption of the solution.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules to meet Client’s specific needs and processes.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the deployment process, including data migration, cleansing, and normalization.
  • Manage project budget, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to Client’s leadership.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges, escalating issues as needed and proactively seeking solutions.
  • Champion the adoption of the new HAM and SAM solution, promoting its benefits and driving user engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering management or other engineering or technical discipline is required. (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
  • 10 years of overall experience with 5+ years of experience in IT projects with a proven track record of successful complex large deployments with ServiceNow.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, preferably within a government or healthcare environment.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, particularly the HAM and SAM modules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Preferred:

  • PMP or PgMP certification.
  • ITIL v4 certification is highly desired.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Client’s organizational structure and IT environment.
