The IT Technician is responsible for user technical support, user training, hardware/software installation, account maintenance, logging and inventory.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- User applications support, primarily Ring Central
- User hardware support (desktop, printers, etc.)
- Hardware/software installation
- Log and track IT issues
- User training, primarily Ring Central
- User accounts maintenance
- Hardware inventory and documentation
- Backups/restores
- Shared Responsibilities:
- Server applications
- Support for enterprise systems planning/rollouts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Full-Time IT Technician
Reports To: IT Manager
Location: Queens/Manhattan, New York, United States
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
