Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for configuration changes
2. Develop and implement configuration management plans and procedures
3. Configure and customize software applications based on business needs
4. Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of configuration items
5. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues in a timely manner
6. Document configuration changes and maintain configuration management database
7. Provide support and training to end users on configuration processes and best practices

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in configuration management or related role
3. Proficiency in configuration management tools and methodologies
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
6. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII, CMI)
