Business Systems Analyst (Workforce Management Systems/WFM)

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Miami, Florida.

This role will be dedicated to optimizing payroll systems and enhancing operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support projects, specifically focusing on the implementation of Kronos/UKG for our Bahamas population.

Position Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of payroll systems projects, particularly with Kronos/UKG (WFM, Timekeeping). The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in payroll systems implementations. This position requires a strong understanding of payroll processes and the ability to engage with stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Payroll Operations stakeholders to gather and define project requirements related to the workforce management and timekeeping implementations.
• Develop and document detailed test cases, and execute testing to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
• Oversee data loads and validations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll standards.
• Support change management efforts, including training and communication to end users.
• Engage in project phases from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the configuration and implementation of Kronos/UKG (WFM, Timekeeping) systems.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on best practices and industry standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address project-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a focus on payroll systems projects and implementations.
• Proven experience implementing Kronos/UKG (WFM, Timekeeping) is required.
• Familiarity with Infor Cloud Payroll is a plus.
• Experience with payroll operations for the Bahamas population is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expert knowledge of systems and technical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
