The Work
As a Network Team Lead, the successful candidate will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of engineering activities for the development of assigned technical capabilities within the C2BMC Network Enterprise. This will involve creating and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs), managing risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development Engineers and Release Train Engineers, to drive the use of best practices and Agile processes, and will be responsible for managing the technical cost and schedule performance of the capability. Additionally, they will provide regular status updates, participate in Agile ceremonies, and maintain open communication with program and engineering management, all while achieving long-term goals with limited oversight.

This position is based at a Lockheed Martin facility in Colorado Springs, CO. The role requires flexibility to travel to alternate work locations as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- An Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or equivalent experience/combined education
- An Active 8140 Compliant Certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, etc.)
- Ability to travel for work
- Proven project management experience, including managing cost, schedule, and technical development
- Coordinating planning, execution, and completion of projects
- Experience with Agile methodology, Digital Transformation, and DevOps implementation
- Managing complex systems design, development, and implementation
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
