Required Expertise

1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software engineering or related field
2. At least 6 years of experience working in sophisticated production environment
3. Knowledge of ETL, Java, Python, or other Distributed Technologies, including experience in Cloud platform such as AWS and/or Azure
4. Confirmed experience of mainframe development/tools including COBOL, CICS, db2, JCL, VSAM, MQ, etc. and writing COBOL/Native stored procedures
5. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines stacks like GitHub, Stash, Jenkins, Concourse, Ansible, Maven, JUnit, Docker, JMeter, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode, Kubernetes, Udeploy
6. Experience with monitoring systems such as CloudWatch, Datadog/Splunk, ELK stack
7. Guiding resources assigned to the incident and ensures the incident is receiving the accurate support to drive resolution as quickly as possible
8. Capability to partner with Operations and Customers on stability opportunities based upon reporting/trending findings as well as operational readiness
9. Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware, and software concepts and convey those concepts to team members, and/or other contributors across the organization
10. Deeply self-motivated and independent, while coordinating activities within cross-regional and multi-functional teams
11. Able to mentor team members in areas where you have domain expertise
