ZS’s Business Technology Solutions team is responsible for leading end-to-end project responsibilities across all phases i.e., discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and operations. This team seeks opportunities to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual’s professional growth and brings the best in delivering world-class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS’s proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations. This team takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contributing to business development and selling activities, project planning, and team management.

CRM Architecture Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect and lead CRM transformation programs for healthcare clients.
  • Develop CRM assets, accelerators, and best practices for client engagements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders to define CRM roadmaps.
  • Drive business development through client engagements and strategic proposals.
  • Stay updated on emerging CRM trends, particularly within SF and Veeva ecosystems.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development within ZS.
  • Engage in significant direct client interactions, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deeply understand client’s business challenges and provide thought leadership in addressing issues. Work proactively to bring the best of ZS expertise to the client(s).
  • Work with onshore and offshore teams to develop price estimates, plan capacity, and coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability.
  • Collaborate with other ZS internal expertise teams - Architects, Validation/testing, etc. to ensure best-in-class technology solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another computer-related discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant hands-on IT services or consulting industry experience leading medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements. Minimum 5 years of experience leading large delivery teams.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience in leading and building POV on new technology or problem solving, innovation to build firm intellectual capital.

Additional skills:

  • Represent ZS at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Develop internal training and capability-building programs related to CRM transformation.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation within ZS.
