About The Company
Our client is an advisory and consulting firm advising public, pre-IPO, and private companies on transactions including mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring, process improvement, and initial public offerings in various industries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and other SEC filings
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and related analyses
- Serve as a liaison between clients and external auditors
- Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, interim management, and various technical accounting matters
- Manage existing client relationships and participate in pursuing new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5-7 years of public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
Salary Range
$135,000-$160,000
