Job Overview This position serves as a pivotal team member, directly contributing to the smooth operation of the organization's XENTRY equipment returns and logistics processes. This role involves managing the lifecycle of returned equipment, from the moment it arrives at the warehouse to its successful shipment to Germany, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance at every step. In addition to handling returns and shipments, this role involves responding to support ticket inquiries for XENTRY products and services.
Responsibilities - Accurately receive and inspect returned equipment, verifying that all components are included as per inventory records.
- Document all returns, ensuring detailed records of equipment condition, components, and associated details.
- Repackage equipment securely and in line with shipping standards, ensuring compliance with export requirements.
- Coordinate and execute the timely shipping of returned equipment to Germany, liaising with logistics providers as needed.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and care in handling, storing, and shipping equipment.
- Retain proper inventory and storage of internal equipment.
- Order new and replacement XENTRY hardware and software.
- Respond to incoming Dealer Support tickets related to XENTRY products and services, prioritizing these inquiries, and responding within targeted times.

- Preferred Automotive Retail, Automotive Technical or Network/IT experience.
