Warehouse Coordinator
Tri-Pac, Inc., a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator. The position is in South Bend, Indiana.
Job Description:
The warehouse Coordinator is responsible for being well-versed in all basic functions of the warehouse. This position must be able to assist the Warehouse Manager in training new employees and serve as a back-up for other functions within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping schedules/pull sheets.
• Receive and inspect incoming products.
• Label received products for storage.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and documents all movements of products in and out of the warehouse.
• Prepare products for shipping and storage to offsite location.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and provide feedback for better processes.
• Keep products organized to create floor and rack space.
• Effectively communicate with Logistics/Customer Service .
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with tasks as needed (special projects or product categorization)
• Provides support to logistics as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a warehouse or related field
• At least 4 years' experience in similar field
• Ability to work independently, including making decisions affecting company resources.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities along with oral and written communication skills
• Experience with scheduling and organizational software programs

• Performs other duties as assigned
