QUALIFICATIONS FOR EEP- Persons whose primary residence is in an equity investment-eligible community.- Persons who are graduates of the foster care system.- Persons who were formerly incarcerated.- Graduate of a FEJA Solar Pipeline Training Program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Inspecting for the quality of various components including buy not limited to: solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other components to ensure they meet industry and safety standards.- Inspecting and documenting the installation of various components such as underground, access drives, utility interconnection, foundations, pile locations, fence dimensions, and other items of the solar installation.- Checking torque markings to ensure they meet the torque values that should be applied to bolts or fasteners during the installation of solar panels and related components. - Consult the documentation provided by the solar manufacturers to obtain the correct torque values to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance of the solar energy system. - Communicating findings and recommendations to installers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
