Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
2. Professional Engineer registration in California preferred.
3. Over 3 years of experience in drafting plans, specifications, and cost estimates for traffic engineering projects.
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
2. Familiarity with Synchro/SimTraffic, VISUAL, and AutoTurn is a plus.
