Job Responsibilities

1. SuccessFactors certifications in EC Time Off
2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
3. Designing and implementing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, workflows, and business rules.
4. Understanding of Time Off rules and configuration of Time Objects, such as Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets.
5. Experience in working with Integration for Employee Central.
6. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module.
7. Knowledge in Intelligent Services.
8. Conduct discovery meetings with customers by identifying their current processes and future state requirements.
