Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) - W2 only - Hybrid, GA

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable and robust technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
2. Design and architect complex Salesforce solutions involving multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, etc.), integrations, and custom development.
3. Define and maintain the overall technical architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, Salesforce guidelines, and company standards.
4. Lead technical design sessions and workshops, providing guidance and mentorship to developers and other team members.
5. Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
6. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
7. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, continuously evaluating and recommending new technologies and approaches.
8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
9. Designing complex CPQ templates in an efficient manner.
