The Senior Warehouse Clerk is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping store orders. This position assists with pre-packing inventory kits, performs inventory counts, and quality control for incoming goods. The Senior Warehouse Clerk supports the Warehouse Assistant and Operator in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, following all warehouse policies and procedures.

You'll get a chance to :

1. Pick, pack, and ship store orders accurately and on time.
2. Process walk-in and customer pick-up orders accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Receive, unload, palletize, and quality control all domestic and international inventory deliveries.
4. Assist with pre-packing inventory kits (e.g., "new store kit," etc.).
5. Take inventory physical count and inform the Warehouse Assistant or Operator of low-inventory items.
6. Clean and organize the warehouse. Maintain and update records of pallet location for both warehouses.
7. Provide shipping and logistical support to all departments, including set up, execution, and tear down of mass shipments, rollouts, and company events.
8. Provide customer service in-person and through phone calls and emails to Operations and to SC associates related to the mailroom and warehouse in a timely and courteous manner.

Your background and experience :

• High school diploma required
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range : S2 : $22.50 - $28.50 / hour
