The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for order entry, follow-up, status, and other daily communication with customers in coordination with sales and other staff.

• Maintain shipping and receiving area as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Schedule truck shipments, UPS, and FedEx as needed.
• Interact with customers as needed to clarify or communicate discrepancies and schedules.
• Inspect and record incoming and outgoing orders for count, damage, dates, etc.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
• Minimum one year experience in computer applications including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software programs related to function.
• Some shipping experience is desired.
