Supply Chain Specialist
Location: On-site at our Appleton, WI plant
As our Supply Chain Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, inventory management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to maximize machine uptime and minimize waste.
• Monitor and manage WIP and finished goods inventory to meet availability and stock level targets.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, procurement, and sales teams to address customer needs, order changes, and system discrepancies.
• Analyze supply and demand to ensure efficient material flow and inventory alignment.
• Adjust schedules and monitor customer order patterns to meet delivery targets and minimize delays.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, SOP development, and cross-training efforts within the supply chain team.

What It Takes:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in operations management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
