Our operations depend on seamless coordination between production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.THE WORKAs a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring material availability, and coordinating workflow to meet operational requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency by working cross-functionally with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.Your responsibilities will include:Planning, preparing, and issuing production schedules to ensure a controlled flow of materials and components.Coordinating material movement between warehouse and production areas.Monitoring work in progress, addressing potential production challenges, and advising management on status updates.Scheduling equipment and personnel while confirming material supply and demand.Managing work orders and purchase requests based on production schedules and inventory needs.Collaborating with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and inventory control to facilitate workflow.Managing offload purchase orders and expediting shortages with internal and external stakeholders.Pulling data, leading meetings, and supporting aircraft production, spares, and work-in-progress (WIP) control.WHO WE ARESikorsky has a rich history of innovation and excellence in aviation. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $80,700 - $142,370. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
