We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pine Straw Installer / Landscaping Specialist to join our client's team. As a Pine Straw Installer, you will play an essential role in beautifying residential and commercial properties by installing pine straw in garden beds and landscaping areas.Responsibilities:Install pine straw mulch in garden beds, flowerbeds, and other designated areas according to customer specifications.Perform general landscaping duties, including but not limited to raking, trimming, planting, weeding, and watering.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety on job sites.Ensure high-quality work that meets customer expectations for aesthetic appeal.Follow safety procedures and company guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and your team.Assist with other landscaping tasks as required by project needs.Operate landscaping equipment safely, including rakes, blowers, and wheelbarrows.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project timelines are met.Qualifications:Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.Good physical stamina and the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
