RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Software Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep understanding of ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues in ABAP code
- Strong skills in optimizing and tuning ABAP programs for performance
- Experience with ABAP programming specifically for SAP S/4HANA, including utilizing the close integration with the SAP HANA database
- Familiarity with the simplified data models in S/4HANA, including new table structures and removal of obsolete tables
- Experience implementing code-push down techniques using SQL, AMDP, and CDS views for optimized performance on HANA
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP Fiori and how it integrates with S/4HANA
- In-depth knowledge of Intermediate Documents (IDocs), including configuration, processing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to understand and integrate with various SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, CO, etc.
- Experience or knowledge in SAP Retail or Fashion modules is considered a plus
- Experience with SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server for real-time data replication is a plus
- Strong understanding and practical experience with ABAP Objects, including class definitions, inheritance, polymorphism, and interfaces
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Application Interface Framework for designing, implementing, and monitoring application interfaces
- Proficiency in creating and managing Core Data Services views to expose data models and access SAP HANA data
- Experience in developing and optimizing ABAP Managed Database Procedures for efficient database processing
- Strong skills in designing and implementing business rules using BRF+
- Expertise in creating and customizing Adobe Forms for various business needs
- Proven experience in developing and integrating RESTful and OData services
- Expertise in creating and consuming SOAP-based web services
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
