This is a hybrid role typically requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date employee records and assisting with audits
  • Monitor and update HRIS, including inputting and approving employee changes (hires, terminations, promotions, etc.)
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, system navigation and procedures
  • Proactively coordinate reporting, recordkeeping and auditing between the Benefits Department, and internal and external contacts (Finance, Payroll, and health and insurance carriers as appropriate)
  • Administer new enrollments, terminations, and other changes for all benefits plans in the HRIS and vendor portals
  • Support the Benefits Department with annual open enrollment, ACA reporting, carrier renewals and other projects

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Operate with integrity and professionalism, managing confidential employee data
  • Operate with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills under pressure, manage competing priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines
  • Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities and resolve issues proactively with limited supervision

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $81,600 - $95,900; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
