Trillium is looking for a Systems Analyst!
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst (Contractor) to support the client’s enterprise IAM team. The role focuses on managing identity lifecycle processes, performing security group and user entitlement reviews, and providing operational support for enterprise identity systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Directory, Entra ID P2, and ServiceNow, as well as familiarity with user provisioning and access governance within the ERP environment Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identity & Access Management:
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Active Directory and Entra ID P2.
Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications in alignment with security policies. - Security Group & Entitlement Reviews:
Conduct security group reviews to ensure proper access control and compliance with policies.
Perform user entitlement reviews, identifying excessive or outdated permissions and working with stakeholders for remediation.
Develop Role Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix for team portfolio products. - ServiceNow Ticket Management:
Respond to and resolve IAM-related support tickets in ServiceNow, including account access issues, permission changes, and troubleshooting authentication errors.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline IAM service requests and improve response times. - Workday ERP Support:
Assist with identity and access management for Workday, ensuring appropriate access controls for users.
Support integration efforts between Workday and IAM platforms, ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management. - Compliance & Security:
Ensure IAM processes align with NIST 800-53 and other public sector security requirements.
Maintain documentation of access control policies, procedures, and audit findings.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with Active Directory and Entra ID P2 for identity management.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices, role-based access control (RBAC), and security group management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems for IAM support and workflow automation.
- Experience supporting Workday ERP or similar enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of public sector security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and IAM compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with identity governance tools (e.g., Entra ID, DUO, or similar platforms).
- Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
- Security or IAM-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CISSP, or Security+).
