The Senior Product Manager is responsible for managing all Automotive and Industrial lines within the Sherwin-Williams Consumer Brands Group. Brands include: Dupli-Color, VHT, OEM, Krylon Industrial, Sprayon, Triflow and Omni-Fill. This position must assess the voice of the consumer to determine unmet and unarticulated needs to create innovative growth opportunities in line with the needs of the business in terms of manufacturing capability, gross margins, and profitability.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager is primarily responsible for strategic product development, positioning, and product life cycle management. Accountabilities include strong cross-functional collaboration, process management, strategy development, and business partnership. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive the development of a pipeline of new products through the implementation of strategic plans to ensure the successful execution of all programs.
