Roles & Responsibilities: AI/ML Strategy & Architecture: - Define and implement end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including model development, deployment, and monitoring, to solve business challenges in utilities (e.g., energy forecasting, predictive maintenance, and grid optimization).
- Architect and deploy Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions for applications.
- Design scalable AI/ML pipelines leveraging cloud-native platforms and open-source frameworks.
Industry-Specific AI Solutions: Develop AI-powered solutions for utility-specific use cases, such as:
- Demand Response: AI models for real-time energy demand prediction and load balancing.
- Asset Performance: Predictive maintenance models for critical infrastructure like transformers, power lines, and turbines.
- Customer Engagement: Personalization and sentiment analysis using AI to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Energy Transition: AI-driven insights for integrating renewable energy sources, managing distributed energy resources (DERs), and optimizing carbon reduction strategies.
Generative AI Expertise: - Implement Generative AI use cases, such as intelligent document processing, report generation, and scenario simulation using technologies like OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, and cloud-native Gen AI services.

- Must be able to communicate with CTO and CXO level audience by demonstrating expertise in managing large AI Transformation programs.
