About the Role:

Job Title: Technical IT Sourcer

Job Description:

Responsibility:

  • Recruiter role requiring the ability to quickly onboard high-caliber candidates.
  • Strong recruiting background combined with program management experience.
  • Expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates, including those from tech, military, and technical backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Tech Stack is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment and adapt quickly.
  • Experience in campus recruiting, high-tech recruiting, and intern hiring is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hiring SDE interns and understanding of IT technical hiring needs.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Boolean search techniques.

Must Have:

  • Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
  • Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
  • May require a bachelor's degree in an area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Location: Seattle WA 98109 (100% Onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50K- $55K Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
