Position Summary

The Software Developer 1 will work with senior staff guidance to create, modify, and maintain new and existing software applications and integrations in support of business requirements. You will work with the Application Development team to identify, analyze, design, test, and deploy software applications. Excellent communication skills are required and a focus on service to the business and contributing to the success of Heniff is a top priority.

The Heniff environment uses many COTS software packages and uses complex modern monitoring equipment installed in our vehicles to gather important information about all aspects of the unit’s location, behavior and driving activities. The Software Developer 1 will work as part of a team on a high volume of projects developing integrations between those various packages and external hardware, software, and service vendors.
